**Job position summary**

Boarding Officer with the knowledge of handling the formalities when the vessels arrives and departs from port.

**Key roles & responsibilities**
- Handle crew change, vessels’ arrival and departure formalities such as port clearance, crew signing on and off, arranging transportation, preparing documentations
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians to manage the logistics and repairs
- Cater to Master’s/Superintendent’s request as Husbandry Owner Protective Agents
- Attend onboard vessels (when necessary)
- Cash to Master Delivery to the Vessel

**Relationships**

Internal: Director / Team Leader / Superintendent

External: Technicians / Vendor ( Boat / Transport / Hotel / Supply Boat Operators )

**Job experience, knowledge & qualification**
- Experience - 2 years in carrying out operation duties in shipping industry
- A Levels or Diploma in Maritime Logistics
