Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sourcing channels and networking
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
- Prepare leads, attend client visits for business development and complete search project
- Provide professional consultation services, understanding and recording client’s recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities
- Source, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies with the clients
- Help applicants to prepare for interviews
- Consistently contributing to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

Qualifications and Experience:

- A Diploma in any field
- Ability to deliver desired outcomes under mínimal guidance
