**The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain a large Data Warehouse with content from all aspects of the business.
- Ability to Multi task and handle request from Business Users across different Geographical locations in SEA.
- Use Reporting tools to generate various reports as required by the internal users. (ability with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik is advantageous)
- Maintain and improve on existing reports as the business evolves to include new plans and services.
- Monitor and Audit reports including cross checking for accuracy.
- Analyse information to determine baselines and develop alerts as deviations occur.
- Profile Report runs to determine optimization strategy to improve performance.
- 3 to 6 years of real world experience
- Experience in data warehouse management skills is Important.
- Microsoft SQL Server development skills - T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
- Microsoft SSRS reporting
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft SQL Database Administration
- At least a general understanding of the telco business
- Solid technical background - e.g. XML, JSON, Windows server, networking, batch scripting, troubleshooting, systems administration.
- Team player with strong results focus and an appreciation of accountability.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
