**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners; 管理、支持并发展与头部affiliate合作伙伴的关系
- Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs; 定期评估并提升超级affiliate成员在各项关键绩效指标(KPI)上的表现
- Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities; 为高潜力合作伙伴制定量身定制的增长策略,识别并追加销售机会
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives; 与跨职能团队(产品、运营、市场)紧密合作,优化affiliate成员相关项目

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing; 3年以上返佣营销、合作伙伴关系或增长营销相关经验
- Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto; 在管理超级返佣成员或推荐项目方面有成功经验,金融科技或加密领域优先
