Public Relations Associate

We work with exciting multinational companies and today we are growing our media relations team to support clients and work with the media. This is a graduate entry level role and perfect for anyone who enjoys working with people, has a business or communications degree and an interest in technology and the future.
It is also a great opportunity to get regional experience working with our team members in other countries and is a starting position for a full and successful career in international public relations.
Excellent written and spoken English is required and a second language is helpful. If you are excited about learning and want to keep up to date with what’s driving the markets, then tell us more about yourself and we will show you around our regional organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build relationships with representatives of the media
- Pitch our clients' news and stories to secure coverage and set up one-on-one interviews and secure opportunities for content placement
- Be up to date with market trends for the tech and business industries and monitor the media for latest news trends, trending stories and content relevant to the business, client business and engagement
Qualifications:
- A degree in a reputable local university/institution majoring in business, technology, politics, economics or communications
- Excellent spoken English as well as local language and able to share ideas verbally
- Strong analytical and critical thinking about what is happening in current affairs
- Detail oriented, with great presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently and remotely - this is critical as team members are mostly based in Singapore, India and the rest of Southeast Asia
- To be very driven and results-oriented as you will be measured on key performance metrics.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
