We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Third Party Sales and Roadshow.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Familiarise and comply with TPSA/LG/Introducers policies and procedures
- Ensure all performance management and monitoring are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner with any deficiencies escalated as appropriate
- Adhere and verify incentive payment schedule
- Develop and foster healthy working relationship with TPSAs/LGs in rolling out initiatives to deliver business goals
- Responsible in managing the relationship the Third Party Sales Agencies (TPSA) and LG partners to acquire and grow the unsecured product business for the Bank and to explore potential business opportunities and implement initiatives align with the bank’s strategy
- Influence and help drive relationship to have an effective Third Party Sales Agencies (TPSA) and LG partners that is highly motivated and gives value to customers through delivery of high quality sales and service
- Timely reporting of sales performance and updates, action plans and initiatives
- Work collaboratively to resolve issues across business / functions in ways that maximizes performance for overall business
- Provide training and necessary sales support
- Ensure customer service quality and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently
- Maintain Group’s control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk across teams
- Ensure tracking and evaluating sales activities to analyse sales performance against AOP
- Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
- Manage Third Party engagements effectively to ensure all risk and control activities are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner with any deficiencies escalated as appropriate; remediation action plan in place and executed promptly
- Timely and quality submission of information / data to the Central repository held by Group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or over 2 years of relevant retail experience in managing 3rd party sales agencies is preferred though not mandatory
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and experience in banking and financial markets will be beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- A high level of drive to excel and thrive in a diverse environment
- Outgoing disposition and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills and relationship builder
- Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders
