The Amstel Group a specialist SE Asia and Middle East-focused Brokerage is looking for a leader to drive fixed income sales with financial regional institutions in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

This role requires your proven experience leading a high-performing fixed income business of either brokerage or banking sales of fixed income USD bonds. The business requires a sophisticated sales leader able to play the coach/player role and achieve sales growth in line with the Group’s strategy. We connect financial institutional prices in bond markets and are seeking a Senior hire to build and manage this operation.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Companies board, the hire will be responsible for the overall planning, building, growing, and management of the SE Asian USD and Middle Eastern business. Align with the organization’s mission and vision, establish and lead goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.

**Requirements**:

- Able to think ahead and plan where the business is going but also how to achieve the set targets.
- A strong understanding of how to guide the business to excellence, build a team, as well as guide and mentor them towards achieving the set targets.
- A proven leadership, ability-driven problem-solving ambitious person who thrives on challenges.
