As a Fulfilment Executive, you will be working in a team with 2 to 3 other members to ensure our smooth daily operations. This includes ensuring that our products are packed, stored, and delivered at the highest standards in order to achieve accuracy and maximum customer satisfaction.

You will also work closely with the Operations team to ensure that our warehouse is well-stocked, equipped and maintained to fulfill daily orders as part of the end-to-end customer journey.

The management team highly values the pursuit of excellence, thus there will be continuous experiments and adjustments made to operational processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency, accuracy, customer satisfaction and cost savings, which you will need to adapt to.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and compliance of warehouse with HSA requirements
- Daily operations such as receiving and checking imported shipments, preparing products for sale through repacking and labelling, storing them, picking and delivering orders as well as conducting frequent stock takes, including their accurate documentation and reporting
- Consistently enhance your core competencies and upskilling, including contributions to fine-tuning SOPs and training materials
- Continuously suggest and adapt to new practices after discussion with the management team for the purposes of greater efficiency, accuracy and maximised cost savings
- Act as a backup for team members in case they are unavailable, e.g. while you may not be the primary driver at this time, if this team member becomes temporarily unavailable, you will need to assume this responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with a previous role that involved repacking and labelling of products as well as picking and delivering orders
- Possess valid Class 3 driving licence with recent experience in driving a medium/large van, with 0 demerit points
- Positive attitude with progressive mindset and problem solving skills
- Takes pride in one’s work, high attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred:

- Ability to contribute to the development and fine-tuning of SOPs and training manuals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
