**MAIN JOB SCOPE**
- Plan and execute the manufacture process in a wide range of settings.
- Overseas production team and ensures that work is produced on schedule and accurate.
- Perform in-house training to production team.
- Perform internal audits before external audits.
- Handles all related certifications.
- Generating new product ideas and recipes.
- Modifying and improving existing recipes.
- Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
- Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards, as well as physical safety standards are met
- Identifying and sourcing raw materials
- Regular testing of raw materials and finished products
- Reports writing

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree
- Well-versed with HACCP & ISO standards
- Execellent written and oral communication skills with production team of different nationalities
- Able to work independently
- Able to back up colleagues on ad-hoc basis in other areas, like sales & marketing or HR matters.
- Able to work OT on weekends & weekdays.
