**Responsibilities**:
- Driving sales performance of a wide range of medical products and health supplements on e-commerce platforms (with focus on Home Care and Elderly Nutrition)
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns
- Managing inventory levels and working closely with the procurement and logistics team for seamless order fulfilment
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and good reviews by providing timely chat responses and prompt resolution of customer issues
- Developing sales outlook projections across Singapore and international markets and carrying out competitor studies
- Identifying global e-commerce trends to develop growth opportunities for the business
- Any other duties as required to facilitate smooth operations
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, with major in marketing, management, e-commerce, finance or related background
- At least 3 years’ experience in operation of Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare/medical sector, home care, geriatrics, elderly nutrition or related fields is strongly preferred
- Experience with international markets (SEA and China) is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (required for liaising with suppliers from China)
- Responsible, independent and a good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
