**Integrated Strategies Group (ISG)**

The Integrated Strategies Group’s objective is to enhance GIC’s alpha-generation. ISG builds strategic relationships with key industry players to identify new investment opportunities as well as enable investments alongside other groups within GIC.

ISG is focused on:

- Broadening GIC’s investment opportunities by engaging in targeted sourcing and business development, and evaluating unconventional and large deals that other investing teams in GIC may be constrained from fully investing in on account of size and scope mandate issues.
- Evaluating deals across the capital structure, whether that is public or private, debt or equity or funds.
- Harnessing GIC’s existing capabilities and internal resources to identify and execute deals with other groups.
- Helping to build GIC’s direct-investing capabilities, in particular to act as a flexible solution provider with long-term capital and well-regarded investing skills.
- Investigating and investing in new investment frontiers with GIC’s New Investment Ideas initiative.

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluating deals and developing investment proposals, backed by primary research, financial models and analysis.
- Assisting the team leads in sourcing, structuring, recommending and closing new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation. This may be in partnership with the public and private markets asset classes.
- Assessing new themes and their relevance for GIC with a focus on generating potential investment opportunities.
- Facilitating collaboration with other investment groups.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years’ experience in either investment banking, public equities or/and private equity investments.
- An understanding of macro themes and how these can generate investment opportunities.
- An ability to connect the dots, with strong written and presentation skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively and foster internal and external relationships.
