As part of our strategy, EDS expanded into ecommerce and omni-channel solutions to serve the corporate sector through our initiative in Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

**Sales Ninja (Ecommerce)
Job Requirement
- ITE, Diploma in any discipline
- One to two years of working experience. Interest in IT, consumer electronics are advantageous
- Comfortable with using technologies, social media platforms
- Experience in emarketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon.sg advantageous
- Maintain and update of records, where necessary
- Attend to sales dispute from buyers, platform operators or third parties and ensure adherence to proper procedures throughout the sales lifecycle
- Neat and tidy in sales process and administration flow
- Possesses good work ethics and teamwork
- Enjoys communication
- Ability to initiate conversation
- Minimal travelling may be needed

**Job Description**:

- Manage online chat lifecycle, respond and attend to enquiries from various communication channels
- Conduct outbound and handle inbound calls
- Support senior Account or Sales Executive, Manager
- Handles process when purchase orders arrive, liaise with internal team-mates
- Synch up with customers to update where necessary
- Support and follow-up in sales process
- Work towards pre-defined KPIs
