**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the Partnership Management team at OBS that builds relationships and engages key stakeholders and partners of youth development programmes such as the Secondary 3 MOE-OBS Challenge Programme. This is achieved through interactions with stakeholders over different stages and platforms of enrolment and programme preparation efforts. The team also drives efforts to improve customer experiences through service excellence for enrolment into OBS programmes, as well as the use of data that are of strategic value and shareable within OBS to improve operations efficiency and support forward planning.
As Manager (Partnership Management), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of the OBS programmes with our partners and internal stakeholders. You will set clear expectations, communications channels and interaction platforms to prevent or reduce potential customer management issues that may arise before, during or after the programme. When issues do arise, you will be expected to perform service recovery efforts. As the primary point of contact for OBS programme enrolment requirements and first line interaction with OBS’s stakeholders on programme participation, you play a key role in balancing the needs of our partners with the capabilities and resources of OBS.
You will also be working closely with the team to drive digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve processes and customer experience, assembling datasets that meet business requirements and providing administrative and logístical support for OBS programmes.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Relevant working experience of minimum 2 years in partnership/ stakeholder management work, operations, client servicing or programme administration
- Experience in digitalisation, automation and/or data analytics will be highly advantageous
- Proficient in data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, meticulous with high attention to details with innate concerns on data quality and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable in group presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills - a team player who can work in cross functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Resourceful, self-motivated, curious and high learning agility
