**Job Scope**

Castlery is hiring an **Operations Specialist (Projects) **to join our US Operations team headquartered here in Singapore. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to understand overall operations flow, constant process improvements through initiating and driving projects. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below.
- Undergo training and execution of daily end-to-end operations for full understanding of systems and operations flow.
- Identify gaps in processes, areas for improvements, minimizing time consuming repetitive work.
- Knowledge sharing and alignment across other operations teams.
- Cross function teams communication and discussions.
- Process flow creation.
- SOP documentation and maintenance.
- Conduct training relevant stakeholders of new processes.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of B2C operations, e-commerce, with reverse logistics background.
- Good analytical & project management skillset
- Independent and self-driven with problem solving skills
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customers' needs.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with customers.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

**Other Details**
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
- Casual working environment, laptop provided
