**Location**: Henderson Road

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm & Saturday, 8.30am - 1pm [Must]

**Salary**:$2300

**Function**:
The Call Center Agents are our primary point of contact [non face-to-face] for our existing and prospective clients. The agent needs to ensure the appropriate, accurate and timely conversion of direct inbound calls and referrals from outside providers through the admissions process. Fast-paced high volume calls environment with an ability to handle stress level. Good listen and typing speed ideal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains adherence to client’s PDPA and confidentiality in records without exception.
- Ability to follow Company’s SOP and directives explicitly without compromise.
- Culturally sensitivity when dealing with client’s calls.

**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec/H.Nitec, Diploma or equivalency required.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential to this role.
- An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills.
- Intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills.
- Must demonstrate proficiency reading, writing, and typing

Must attend for an onsite interview


Pay: $2,300.00 per month
