Birdsprees is seeking a **self-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Intern** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a university student who’s eager to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to the growth of a niche pet care business. Whether it’s crafting engaging campaigns or building meaningful customer relationships, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing and sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Support**:

- Develop creative, bird-friendly content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, from idea generation to performance analysis.
- Collaborate on product promotions and launch strategies tailored to bird enthusiasts.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist in lead generation and customer outreach to grow the Birdsprees community.
- Help manage sales pipelines, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Explore new sales channels, such as partnerships with pet stores or bird care organizations.

**Content Creation**:

- Capture and edit engaging photos or videos showcasing Birdsprees products in action (bonus if you have experience with birds).
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and educational content about bird care and welfare.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
- Track sales conversions and help identify successful strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for animals, especially birds; prior experience with birds is a bonus.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or social media management is a plus.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Creative and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools like Canva, Meta Ads, or Mailchimp.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
