Corporate Director

1. Governance and Board Leadership: Act as a member of the board of directors and participate in board meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes. Provide guidance in setting the strategic direction of the company especially oversea
2. Fiduciary Duties: Exercise fiduciary responsibilities by acting in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. This includes making informed decisions, avoiding conflicts of interest, and maintaining confidentiality.
3. Oversight: Monitor the company's financial performance, risk management strategies.
4. Executive Management Selection and Evaluation: Participate in the selection, evaluation, and compensation of executive management, including the CEO and other key executives. Provide guidance and support to senior management in their roles.
5. Corporate Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development and review of the company's strategic plans, goals, and objectives. Assess the potential risks and opportunities associated with various business initiatives.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, and regulatory bodies. Address shareholder concerns, provide transparency, and maintain effective communication channels.
7. Board Committee Participation: Serve on various board committees, such as audit, compensation, governance, and risk committees. Participate in committee meetings, provide expertise, and contribute to committee-specific responsibilities.
8. Provide advisory to oversea expansion strategy, planning and development.
**Job Requirement**:
1. Experience: Relevant experiences with good in leadership roles. Have held senior management positions in corporations, gained experience in relevant industries, or have a track record of successful business leadership.
2. Financial Literacy: A strong understanding of financial management, including financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis, is important for corporate directors. Able to interpret financial data and make informed decisions based on financial implications.
3. Prior experience in oversea is a plus point.
4. Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
5. Bachelor's Degree or Master degree qualification
6. Should demonstrate honesty, transparency, and a commitment to the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
7. Able to listen to others and collaborating with senior executives and senior management.
8. More than 10 years of relevant working experiences
