We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Associate Director, Business Intelligence & Research to join a global leader in innovative healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping data-driven strategies across the APAC region, driving growth and delivering impactful insights that support business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Design and execute research projects to gather insights on consumer behaviour, preferences, and unmet needs.
- Develop and manage surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methods to ensure accurate and reliable inputs.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and emerging trends, providing forward-looking recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align insights with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in developing and managing market intelligence strategies in mid-large organizations.
- Over 10 years of experience in market research within Consumer Healthcare, Aesthetics, or FMCG industries across international/multicultural markets.
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape with the ability to contribute fresh ideas strategically and operationally.
- Experience working with research agencies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to simplify and communicate complex data into actionable insights.Willingness to travel mínimally when required.
