Work closely and proactively with the Installation contractor, vendors and client to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of the system.
- To provide the computation of the voltage drop computation and cable sizing recommendation to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirement
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.
- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS
- Analyse and improve equipment reliability of plant to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
- Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
- Good knowledge and hand-on experience with PLC/DCS system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical System.
- Leading troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnosing the cause, and ensuring that repairs are carried out effectively.

- **Requirements**- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical,Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.- Min 5 years of experience as an Supervisor in Manufacturing /chemical plant/Power Plant.- Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
- Must have a valid Singapore driving license.
- Basic knowledge of ventilation and air-conditioning systems to coordinate M&E services.
- Effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring smooth project execution.
