Singapore Dallas Restaurant & Bar Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ensures optimum performance of all the above areas
Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations and working relationships.
Works with the Restaurant Manager(s) in determining the minimum and maximum food par stocks. Ensures the completion of the market list in accordance with its quality and quantity standards. Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.

**Requirements**:
1 - 2 years experience in a similar position.
Good understanding of Western Cuisine.

Cut, and cook raw food productsInstructed and follows proper procedures to cook foodPrepare and cook food for daily production demandsWork various cook positions throughout the kitchenLead food service preparation and cookingTake food inventory, place food weekly food order, including food bank shoppingPrepare and cook food for regular and special meals and functions requiring food servicePrepare cook and serve foodPerform duties to prepare and serve large quantities of food for clients in residential or day programs, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice./pOrder food and supplied for food preparationMaintain food line by notifying prep cook of shortages and replenishing food at workstationPreparing and cooking of foodUse proper cooking equipment to prepare food items and to complete food ordersTraining other kitchen staff in food preparationAssist the cook with preperation of mealsPreparing food in according with the food service menusServe food according to menuReceive and store food and food related itemsCook food according to recipesMaintain food inventory and prepare food supply order; ensure proper food storage temperatures and rotate stored food
