**Introduction**

To lead and manage a team of MTS, principal engineers, engineers to achieve corporate goals in Reliability.

**Your Role**
- Provides reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues and/or develops corporate wide standards and strategies.
- Provides reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues.- Plans and develops implementation routes for emerging technologies (Si Ph, NVRAM, High Voltage) and external branding through IP and conferences.
- Lead, mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, engineers, to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic reliability. Plan and execute training to build up team’s technical expertise and soft skills.
- Establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime. Provide reliability design guidelines for IC designers.
- Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.
- Drive for effective CA/PA on reliability failures and field returns.
- Drive for reliability assessment excellence in terms of cycle time, data integrity and work procedures.
- Drive conformance to quality certification standards requirements.
- Establish capability for Rel testing for new / advanced technology.
- Support customer engagement in reliability aspects. Provide reliability presentations for customer visit and audits. Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.
- Provide Rel risk assessment for change request, line excursions in the fab.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education - Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics ) or Science.
- 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.
- Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design
- Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc, is an advantage.

- Team player with good people skills
- Good technical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under tight project timeline
