The Reliability Engineer is responsible in performing qualification procedure as required by the product being tested. He/She will be responsible in managing and maintaining Reliability lab, its equipment, and defining the process flow and procedure to ensure smooth qualification of the device. This role requires close coordination with cross functional team and offers a great opportunity to learning new equipment set and further enhancing knowledge on international standards.

**Responsibilities**:
- Set up Reliability requirements for Integrated Circuit and Module assemblies- Maintaining schedule of device qualification according to Project timeline and New Product Introduction to Market.- Performance of the reliability requirements according to industry standards.- Establish reliability & work planning metrics/KPI's to monitor performance & improvement, PM, MTBF, MTTR, etc- Support cross functional team by providing technical support on equipment and reliability issues- Conduct Data Analysis on Reliability test results and data management of such. Work with internal Technical Operations team on software enhancement to the system.- Coordinate investigations of equipment related incident/accidents that may occur in the laboratory- Manage Safety programs, Calibration, PM, Equipment power ratings, utilities requirement and compliance- Provide Guidance for acceptance testing and inspections of the PCBA Module and IC (pass/fail criteria); creation of Control plans and OCAP (Out of control Plan).- Liaise with cross function Team and Engineering Team to ensure data is fed back and failure analysis/corrective action is implemented in case of failure- Collaborate with the Product Team on new product introductions on the design & sourcing of custom boards necessary to perform said Reliability Test.

Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Qualifications:_- BSME,EE,ECE or relevant Engineering discipline, 3+ years of experience in Reliabilty Test and knowledge of in IC package design and assembly manufacturing processes.- Knowledgeable of industry standards such as JEDEC, AEC, IPC, etc pertaining to device handling and qualification.- Familiarity with assembly/test process and flow
