**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Position Overview**:We are looking for a experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of our organisation’s financial operations. The Group CFO will play a key role in shaping and executing our financial strategy, maintaining strong financial oversight, and driving growth and profitability across all divisions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will collaborate closely with the leadership team to support the company’s strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Financial Leadership**:

- Lead the development and execution of our financial strategy, ensuring it supports the company’s overall business goals.
- Create and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, guiding us toward both short-term success and long-term growth.

**Financial Reporting and Insights**:

- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyse financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve company performance.

**Cash Flow and Capital Management**:

- Manage day-to-day cash flow to maintain liquidity and ensure we can meet operational and capital requirements.
- Assess and optimize the company's capital structure and funding strategy to support growth.

**Investment and Growth Planning**:

- Guide decisions on investments, identifying opportunities for growth, expansion and diversification.
- Oversee the company’s portfolio, ensuring smart and strategic capital allocation.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our business objectives.
- Encourage collaboration and continuous development to keep the finance department efficient and forward-thinking.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Provide clear, transparent financial updates to key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating financial data into understandable insights.

**Tax Strategy and Compliance**:

- Develop effective tax strategies to minimise liabilities while ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Oversee financial operations to ensure budgeting, resource allocation and financial planning contribute to overall business efficiency.
- Implement processes and systems that enhance decision-making across the organization.

**Corporate Governance**:

- Uphold strong corporate governance standards, ensuring financial practices align with ethical guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set policies that protect and promote the company’s financial well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 10 -15 years of proven experience in finance sector
- Bachelor of Accounting or relevant degree from reputable univerisity
- Good communication skills, able to exercise good financial and analyticial skills
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions
