We are currently working with a world's largest independent feeder carrier.
We are to help bring in a Treasury Analyst.

As a Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury Manager in all aspects of Treasury
functions. You are responsible for managing the Company’s group cash, working capital and foreign exchange risk. These include cash management activities, plan and execute cash flow management of all business segments of the organization. You enjoy seeking new opportunities and challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily treasury operations and cash management activities including deposit placements in financial instruments to maximize returns for the company.
- Manage the company's cash flow by working closely with internal stakeholders in forecasting cash needs, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
- Identify payment failure RCA, rectification and payment reissue. Payment Funding Activities.
- Monitor and manage loan drawdowns and repayments.
- Manage bank account opening, ongoing bank account mandate and e-banking access maintenance, bank facilities set up and handling of bank KYC documents.

Implementation of treasury initiative projects as and when required.

Support month-end closing activities.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance from a recognized Polytechnic or University.
- 3 - 5 years of Corporate Treasury experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the shipping industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong KYC compliance experience will be an advantage.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with superior attention to detail.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Driven and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills.
- Familiar with SAP.
