Supply & Capacity Planning (or Replenishment / Tolling Planning)
- Develop an effective detailed production schedule (or replenishment/tolling plan-just for SG plant) based on the master production plan and an analysis of all key supply and demand factors including forecasted site demand, plant capacity, warehouse capacity, manufacturing costs, and inventory targets.
- Measure and track performance by comparing actual output results to the production plan on daily basis.
- Coordinate with CSR and Logistics to fulfill sales orders qualified timely
- Generate the materials requirement plan on daily basis for Procurement, and make sure the materials and components are available.
- Validate and send on weekly basis forecasts to the Procurement
- Ensure all necessary scheduling activities are completed in SAP timely

SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning)
- Work cross-functionally to achieve supply requirements, resolve issues, and optimize product flow and inventory, in close cooperation with all involved within the site
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly input to the Master Planner’s Supply Calls to report on KPIs, highlight areas of risk or concerns, propose options to mitigate risks and escalate past due actions that are having a negative impact on the business.

Inventory Management & Control
- Achieve inventory targets to balance customer service, cost, and working capital in an optimal way as given by the Master Planner, monitor achievement of inventory targets, and initiating of actions as required
- Manage inventory aging situation (Slow move, dead stock), push for reduction with related stakeholders and monitor/report the reduction progress.

**Requirements**:

- Min Degree in Related Fields
- 3-5 years of scheduler/ material planner experiences
- SAP experience is preferred
- CPIM certification is preferred
