**Job Description**:
**Key Stakeholders**

Internal: Project Manager, Customer Care, End-User Sales, Logistics, Project Admin, Contract Admin and Billing Admin

External: Distributers (DI), End-User, Engineering 3rd Party Supplier

**Key Areas of Accountability (**_Specific responsibilities and expectations of the position)_

**Functional**
- Accountable to manage the overall planning of the service orders execution and manpower deployment
- Accountable for assigned projects/ assignment and ensure the realization in terms of scope, timeline, cost and customer satisfaction as per project requirement.
- Provide technical assistance and field service to the customers by performing one or more of the following:

- Field service installation start-up integration, system optimization, maintenance and warranty implementation.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems at customer site.
- Provide customer coordination of RA products (PLC, Drive etc) and systems by performing the following functions:

- On-site analysis and specification preparation.
- Programming assistance.
- Project coordination between customer, OEM sales, product division, etc.
- Technical support - field start-up, integration and maintenance.
- Documentation.
- Testing and acceptance.
- Provide proper reporting of technical, administrative and accounting information as required.
- Make recommendations for product improvements, especially as they affect operations and reliability of RA products.
- Responsible to conduct training for RA EIT along with the main training instructor
- Maintains assigned equipment to insure good operating conditions and calibration.
- Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.
- Other duties to be assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

**Interpersonal**
- Build up and Maintain good relationships with the customers.
- Mentoring and sharing experience to team in technical topic.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualification, Technical/ General competencies required for the role)**

**SKILLS **(_Technical/ Functional Skills required for the role)_**:

- Ability to design, develop, program and troubleshoot different PLC, HMI, LV / MV Drives, Servo Drive and SCADA systems.
- Good communication and writing skill
- Knowledge of MS-office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, MS Project)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experienced to handle small team of 3-5 engineers.
- Minimum of five years field support experience utilizing programmable controllers, numerical controls, computers or motor controls and drives industrial automation control systems.
- Good experience on Rockwell Different PLC (e.g. PLC5, SLC500, CLX, CMX), Drives (PF755 or PF753), Servo Drives
- Experience on non-Rockwell PLC is an added advantage
