**Through this Internship, you will be exposed to various finance functions which includes but not limited to below**:

- **Invoice/Claims Processing** - Assist in the verification and data entry of supplier invoices and employee claims. Ensure invoices are accurately matched in accordance to payment policy.
- **Payment Preparation** - Support the preparation of payment runs. Ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
- **Reconciliation & Documentation** - Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger and supplier statements. Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records.
- **Vendor Communication** - Liaise with vendors/stakeholders to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. Update and maintain vendor information in the system.
- **Support Month End Closing** - Assist in accrual entries and other tasks related to the month-end closing process.
- **System and Data Management** - Update and maintain records in the accounting system. Help digitalise and organise finance documents where needed.
- **Adhoc Duties** - Provide general support to the finance team on administrative and audit related task.

**Requirements**:

- Education Level: Undergraduates/Diploma students from Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and explore new ventures
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Adept at active listening and conveying information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
