As an organisation design specialist, you will work with senior leaders and heads of in-country HR and CEOs to solve complex global and regional business challenges. Read on to find out how you can be part of a fast-paced, diverse, and high-performing team.- If you join us, you will be: - Part of a fast-paced, high-performing, and supportive team - An in-house consultant for a global bank, advising senior stakeholders on how best to organise in order to achieve strategic business objectives - Able to make a tangible impact across all areas of the bank (business, functions, technology and operations) Able to work independently, while drawing on others' expertise when needed - Able to tap on flexible and hybrid working conditions **Your Role**: - You will be expected to lead projects and develop stakeholder relationships at the department/ organisational unit level and:engage senior leaders to distil and analyse complex business and organisational issues by: - Understanding the business strategy of their organisational units, regulatory context, and their implications to organisation design - Advise business/function stakeholders on their Target Operating Model (TOM) and organisational structures - Utilising an evidence-based approach to analyse the current state through Organisation Design Reviews (ODR) which assess structure, size, shape, spans, and layers of the organisational unit - Leveraging thought leadership and best practices to enrich current state analysis and recommendations on the future state organisation - Co-developing future state TOM and organisational structures with senior executives of the business/function - Collaborate with HRBPs to monitor implementation and ensure achievement of desired outcomes providing continued advisory and tracking the progress and benefits of transition to the future state organisation **Regulatory & Business Conduct** - Displays exemplary conduct and lives by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct - Takes personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
