The SVP - Data Analytics Lead is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for solutioning using the technology platforms available in Citi's Technology Ecosystem - A highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with strong understanding in **designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure, pipelines and solutions**. - Strong awareness of data tools and platforms like**:Starburst**, **Snowflakes**, Dataiku, Ab Initio, Talend, Big Data and programming languages like **SQL, Python, spark** - Good working knowledge of Batch job management using Autosys, data modelling (physical and logical) and awareness of data catalog tools is preferred (like Collibra) - Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience - Proficient with Hadoop, Python, Tableau, Collibra, Data Quality, SAS Tools with strong understanding of Data Governance - Demonstrated leadership - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to hold themselves in discussion with Senior Stakeholders - Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines - Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques **Education**: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree in Investment or Data Analytics is preferred**Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
