Position: Design Studio Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **A) Teaching & Facilitation**_
- Conduct classes in physical setting and virtually, if the situation requires. Able to manage classes with effective timetabling and punctuality.
- Facilitate, coach, motivate and support young learners, nurturing their enthusiasm towards exploring the wonders of the environment and world around them by inquiring, ideating, hands-on experimenting, concept sharing and collaboration.
- Source creative projects’ supplies, prepare the classrooms and plan lessons.
- Adapt the course content appropriately for local context as and when required, to enable stronger appreciation of lessons by learners.
- Assess, record and report student’s progress and development in a timely fashion and provide appropriate feedback to schools and parents.
- Build strong relationships with parents and work collaboratively with them to ensure learners are supported in their learning journeys.
- **B) Administration**_
- Follow up with leads and trial class sign ups, coordinate with parents on weekly classes.
- Manage sales and enrollment of regular term classes and school holiday camps.
- Prepare marketing collaterals and newsletter for public engagement.
- Update and maintain BEEP Lab website with latest programme information.
- **C) Operation and Logistics**_
- Allocate manpower for regular term classes, holidays camp and school workshop.
- Manage procurement of studio materials and supplies, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the classes together with facilitators.
- Prepare for logistics and deployment of holidays camp in the respective camp site.
- Coordinate and arrange for public engagement roadshows/ workshop.

**Expectations**:

- Experience in conducting classes or workshops for children is a plus.
- Collaborator with good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on, willing to pick up small tasks, own challenges, and go beyond the comfort zone.
- Creative, imaginative and able to think on your feet.
- Flexible, able to manage change well. Great too if you have a slight sense of humour...
- Available to work during weekends as well - on rotation basis if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
