Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain, located in Singapore.

The role will provide finance support to APAC Consumer Health Supply Chain on key strategic, compliance and savings projects to ensure we meet our long term financial and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support development and validation of business cases involving network design, cost savings opportunities and other investment decisions in partnership with project managers and functional teams from procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, R&D, marketing and commercial finance.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of projects and related expenses to ensure it meets financial and operational targets.
- Ensure detailed, quality information is used and key findings are integrated.
- Stay up to date with the latest external developments in the consumer health industry and communicate its impact to internal Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Support other ad-hoc analysis and process improvement when required.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree, MBA or other financial certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA) are preferred.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of finance experience is required. FMCG Supply Chain experience would be preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- Attention to detail
- Individual must work well in an agile environment and be able to identify, lead improvements. Willing to challenge the status-quo.
