About our client

Our client is a FINTECH. Provides decision analytics software solutions to companies managing critical infrastructure. They leverage on operational and financial data to empower their clients to make investment decisions that deliver the highest business value.

About the role

Your role will be based between your home and client sites in Singapore and within Asia Pacific & Japan (in line with Government travel restrictions). This is a hands-on role working directly with our customers on site, you will have consultancy experience ideally in projects related to either engineering, analytics or software development.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the entire software implementation process from scoping out requirements, customization, integration, and user training/workshops with our clients.

Collaborate with customers and partners across Asia Pacific and Japan.

Conducted assessments of project capabilities and timelines. Conducted implementation planning and setup activities for each phase of the project.

Developing business practices and procedures, identifying and reporting critical project issues, and providing project-related insight to the client and team members.

Liaise with senior management and stakeholders on project details and timelines. Provide strategic suggestions regarding implementation of the project.

Resolve key project issues, identify and report key project issues, and make sure all project and implementation related documents are up-to-date.

As needed, training and on boarding of new team members. Guidance to ensure successful project implementation.

You will have

A Consultant with 5 years experience in one or more of the following aspects: You have customer-facing consulting skills - you can influence, advise, mediate and control the scope.

In addition to your experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases, you possess strong analytical skills.

You have knowledge of operational research techniques such as simulations, optimisation, failure rate models and cost benefit analysis.

You are a self-starter who enjoys the consulting lifestyle.
