To cater to retail demand from consumers, we are on the hunt for **Category Manager** rockstars for our **Beauty** categories to be based in our Singapore office. This person will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to delight and deliver unforgettable experiences for every user.

**What you’ll do**:

- Acquire new strategic brand partners and negotiate the terms
- Engage with strategic brand partners to drive commercial growth, notably with senior leadership teams both internally and externally
- Establish relationships with brand partners, including the provision of business insights and solutions while improving operational efficiencies
- Conduct category analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in business performance
- Drive strategies to grow the category portfolio and to attain performance and related KPIs
- Provide performance reports and data-driven suggestions to the leadership team regularly
- Onboard new retail partners, including training
- Create onboarding standard operating procedures (SOP) in alignment with best practice
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations and marketing teams to support growth opportunities with brand partners

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven business development / category management experience, preferably in the E-commerce or Consumer Tech industry
- Industry experience and connections from fashion/beauty is required
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong experience in managing key account relationships and partner onboarding
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask against competing priorities, and to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
- Self motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
- Results-oriented and data-driven mindset, coupled with good data reporting skills
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
