**Your role**
- Do you know how to drive the business management change process such as business growth and strategic change, regulatory/policy/remediation driven change initiatives? Are you able to make sure project implementation run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that to:

- support and facilitate the implementation of the change projects and related activities, and partner with the Investment Bank COO APAC team to drive change for IB business
- execute IB COO priorities around the execution of change initiatives
- outline project scope, objective, track actions to ensure timely project implementation
- coordinate and work in partnership with logistics and control functions to ensure they contribute to project delivery to support the business change agenda
- identify risk issues, dependencies and effectively drive resolutions to not compromise project delivery
- track and prepare project status updates for Management and various stakeholders as well as internal governance forums and external industry forums and Regulators
- maintain project documentation for smooth transition to run the bank after project completion

- strong analytical skills
- strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills and are comfortable with liaising with colleagues at all levels as well as with local regulators and local industry associations

- able to lead or follow as situations require and can work under ambitious deadlines

- pro-active and able to work under pressure
- proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) to support Greater China stakeholders
- Strong data analyticcal skilll using Excel / Power BI
