Beauty Studio/branch Sales Manager

As a Studio Beauty Sales Manager, you are part of the Management team and play a vital role in leading your team of beauticians in creating an excellent service experience for our clients. You possess a deep passion to inspire your team achieve their personal and professional goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads team of beauticians effectively to ensure smooth operations of the studio.
- Analyses and plans quarterly sales levels for studio and staff.
- Manages and follows the entire process of client's skin and personal care journey.
- Conducts onboarding orientation, training & coaching of new employees.
- Prepares monthly revenue, sales and staff performance reports.
- Works with Marketing Team on the execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Manages all customer feedback and ensures positive customer service in all areas.
- Ensures all employees adherence to the Company brand ethos and standards.
- Maintains high standards of service quality, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, be driven and self-motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
- Competent technology skills including POS operating system and social media channels.
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Outstanding communication and people management abilities.
- Strong passion in beauty and skincare.
- A genuine dedication to retail and the ability to work autonomously.
