**Job Description**:
The job scope for this role are as follows and may evolve with time and technologies:

- Energy audit, certification and compliance
- Sustainable building design & build
- Net zero carbon & ESG strategy
- BIM & energy model services
- Building performance and operational energy optimisation
- Health and wellbeing design and certification
- Manage and lead project, client and group of consultants toward a more environmentally sustainable design
- Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required

**Add Advantage**:

- Familiar with engineering design for ACMV, HVAC & Control System
- Good knowledge in performing energy audits and energy assessment to identify energy saving potential on HVAC system/Green Mark Sustainability

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Environmental Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Information Technology;
- Knowledge/relevant experience in ACMV systems/testing & commissioning/construction/building services/facilities management etc. is a plus;
- Knowledge/relevant experience in IT systems/administration / software programming etc. is a plus;
- A proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently;
- Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills;
- Must have initiative and possess desire to learn;
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Immediate availability or can start work within a short notice period will be a great advantage.
