Mangiatutto (“the quality big feed”) launched in early 2009 with its first Italian restaurant, Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria. Since then, the mission has been to develop a series of concepts based on the freshness and authenticity of Mediterranean Cuisine. We operate four restaurant brands: Cugini, SolePomodoro and Mykonos On The Bay in Singapore and expanding across the world.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure a smooth restaurant operation at all times, managing weekly schedule.
- Plan, prioritize, organize and control the day-to-day operation, including but not limit to reservation, takeaway, seat arranging, etc.,
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu and daily specials
- Ensure that training is provided for the needs of the service team is regularly conducted in the restaurants.
- Supervision of staffs (both full-time and part-time) on ground level.
- Greet and serve guests with warm and bright smile to create excellent dining experience.
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Various service functions including but not limit to taking orders, set-up/clean-up the tables, serving the food/beverage, ensure cleanliness of restaurant, attend to customers’ needs, etc.,
- Establish good communication with the Kitchen team.

**Requirement**
- Strong sense of responsibility in job duties
- Responsible personality and positive service attitude is a must
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills is a must
- At least 3 years of service experience working in either a restaurant or a hotel environment experience will be a plus
- At least 1 year of service experience as a leader/manager will be a plus

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
