**Position: IT Infra Engineer**

- **Mode of work: Hybrid
Chartered transport available from Bukit Panjang, Jurong East, Yishun and Sengkang.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan and implement network infrastructure to meet the organization's business needs.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security, including firewalls, switches, routers etc.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and other hardware and software systems.
- Manage the organization's backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT infrastructure, such as OSPAR.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, Azure etc.
- Work with vendors and IT team to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the reliability and security of the IT infrastructure.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT with min. 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and engineering
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and switches
- Proficiency in server and storage hardware, including Dell, HP
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, AWS, and Azure
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
