- Manage multiple key projects to drive sellers' cross-border selling from origin market to other Shopee markets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to drive business objectives
- Analyse data and come up with meaningful strategies to grow the export business
- Understand the workings and nuances of each seller market to localise and execute plans effectively
- Foster relationships with different governmental agencies to collaborate on joint projects and investments to boost exports
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Business Management
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence their decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in interpreting large data sets to draw actionable insights
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment to drive business objectives and make an impact
- Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor and update progress timely and effectively
