**Overview**:
A well-established marine company located in **Tuas** is seeking **Facilities Supervisor** on **permanent** position.

**Benefits**

- 8 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri, 8 am to 12 noon Sat
- Shuttle Bus at designated MRT stations

**Responsibilities**:
Yard Mechanical Facilities Preventive Maintenance - Overhead & Gantry Crane/ Mobile Vehicle - Forklift, Transporter, and lorry:

- In charge of workshop machinery, CNC plate cutting, Robotic machine and crane preventive maintenance
- Lead a team of mechanic workforce for preventive maintenance and prepare for material and tool
- Liaise with vendor on yearly maintenance contract if needed.
- In charge of setup or relocation of overhead crane for new yard

Yard Mechanical Facilities Preventive Maintenance -Compressor/Chiller:

- Liaise with Vendor on preventive maintenance for Compressor/Chiller/Crane/CNC machine
- Upgrade the system according to NEA efficiency Requirement (exp : MEES for Water Cool Chiller 2028)
- Monitor energy efficiency of Chiller/Compressor (kwh/RT, Kwh/CMH) in monthly basic
- Provide related data to Yearly Sustainability Report

Capex and Department Budget:

- Prepare yearly department budget and capex
- Monitor department budget in monthly basic and submit to department for review

Training and Department Development:

- Develop training material and assessment method for competence mechanic

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry
- Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works
- Posses good communication skills and be able to relate different levels of people
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
- Good in using Microsoft Office
