As Integration Lead you will be in charge of the day-to-day management responsibilities for coordinating, planning, problem-solving and implementing all kind of IT systems integration requirements in the organization.

**Roles & Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead EDI team - Support, Maintenance, Enhancement/Development, Onboarding and Monitoring
- Lead EDI/file-transfer automation and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead EDI Gateway / File Gateway migration project (migrate from IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to another competitor product)

Usual Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements
- Integration team leadership; mentoring, coaching, and educating team on best practices in integration design and development
- Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long term success of the integration
- Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects
- Ensure that the final solutions meet organisational needs.
- Optionally develop and implement solutions

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of total professional IT experience and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in one or more EDI Gateway and File Gateway tools
- Experience in one or more API Gateway tools
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience on how EDI works
- Experience in integration middleware tools and technologies will be a plus.
- You need to be of strong character and also a strong communicator.
