Our **Mission Software & Services** business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in software delivery to manage end-to-end implementation of Command and Control (C2) systems for public safety operations. This role involves overseeing the delivery of integrated solutions with different subsystems that combine real-time data exchange and cross platform communication.

You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors—ensuring that software solutions are architecturally sound, operationally secure, and delivered on time.

- Work with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure alignment across all technical components.
- Collaborate with public safety agencies, end-users, and other line-of-business teams to define operational workflows, translate needs into software requirements, and validate implementations.
- Understand and drive system architecture decisions, especially around subsystem integration and cross-platform network connectivity in open / closed-loop deployments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, procurement, technical integration plans, and testing plans following a hybrid delivery model (Agile + Waterfall).

**Qualities We Value**
- 5+ years in software project management, with at least 1 year in fields such as command and control, public safety, or emergency response.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors concurrently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable to design simple network architectures including over-the-air communications, VPN, web hosting within both open and closed-loop deployments.
