**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities ( **THK **MC) **was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK **MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick **, **families **, **persons with disabilities **, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Programme Planning and Implementation
- Facilitate collaborative initiatives between our organization and community partners.
- Facilitate data sharing, mapping of seniors’ needs and joint monitoring of seniors.
- Develop workflows, communication protocols for escalation and referrals of seniors.
- Develop programmes and activities run by the COC and AAC.

Programme Evaluation
- Regular check-ins for the documentation of learnings and evaluation of the project.
- Provide platform for the sharing of learning across different COC projects.
- Review Progress Report before submission to the Grants Division

Administrative Duties
- Staff Management: Handling on-off boarding, planning for staff training, staff well-being and endorsing claims.
- Revise the proposed budget annually.

Operational Support to AAC and Division
- Provide operational supports to our AAC teams in terms of deployment to designated AAC when the need arises.
- Active participation in developmental projects for AAC and other programmes / services of the division.
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Media/Social Services

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- At least 8 years of work experience in similar capacity
- Ability to budget for programs related to the job scope.
- Ability to adapt, evolve and collaborate with others across different environments.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
- Desire to excel and thrive in a dynamic social service setting.
- Possess service-oriented attitude and strong in stakeholder management.
- Plan and organize/manage the job independently and pro-actively.
- Proficient in MS Office skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion to serve.
