**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- A proven track record (10+ years) in a senior HR leadership role in shared services and/or HR operations.
- Strong background in continuous process improvement, automation and project management.
- Experience in healthcare HR is an advantage, but not necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and change management skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related processes, systems, and software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

**About The Role**
- The Director of Human Resources (Shared Services) is a senior-level management role at one of the leading healthcare organizations.
- Oversee, lead and optimize all areas of Shared Services, including HR ops admin, organizational development, learning and development admin, scholarship and award, and other related functions.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding HR services across the organization.
- Review existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Be accountable for the governance and internal controls of HR processes, policies, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks associated with HR operations across the organization.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners, to optimize HR services delivery.

Be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on HR matters, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
