As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily store operations, managing staff and coordination of logisitcs, to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilites:
1) Retail:

- Oversee the daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficiency
- Manage visual merchandising, store cleanliness and organisation
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team to meet sales objectives
- Ensure adherence to operational compliance and company policies

2) Logistics:

- Monitor inventory levels, and ensure the restock of display counters and storage
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Team and courier on stock replenishment

3) Manpower:

- Train and guide Retail Assistants on product knowledge and customer service
- Manage deployment of Retail Assistants and monitor hours worked

4) Customer Service & Feedback:

- Gather feedback on customer requests and preferences, and retail trends
- Resolve and manage customer complaints

5) Reporting:

- Generate sales and feedback reports for the Operations Director

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years' experience in supervisory roles in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
