Operations/admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in handling procurement activities which include purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
- Assist in planning shipments, liaise and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Assist to monitor and record on import/export activities
- Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team
- Filing and maintenance of documentations
- Proper maintenance of all office equipment
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level
- Minimum 2 years' working experience
- Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
- Independent and able to organise work efficiently
- Willing to learn and a positive working attitude
- Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- School Leavers with no experience are welcomed to apply
**5-day work week
**Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship, Student job
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
