- about 6 hours agoWe are currently looking for a AVP / VP of Property Management for a leading industrial real estate player in the region, who will bring onboard with him/her knowledge on Sustainability, Energy efficiency and Innovative technology to add value to the properties under management. He/She will be able to work with a world class team to be set up for success, and will also enjoy an attractive remuneration package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review existing property management operational standards, processes and

procedures, and recommend improvements where possible
- Drives alignment and consistency of property management operational

standards, processes, and procedures under ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Develop and implement innovative programs, operational standards, processes

and procedures that reduces short and long-term operating costs, optimise
operations, and increase productivity
- Leverage data and new technologies to drive continuous improvement and

innovation in operational performance, operational resiliency, sustainability, while
also seeking financial efficiencies throughout the entire portfolio
- Provide property management support to internal stakeholders for acquisitions

and new developments and other areas where required
- Participate in GRESB assessment, sustainability & green initiatives and

workplace safety and health, and any other corporate initiatives relating to the
properties

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Real Estate / Facilities /

Building / Estate Management)
- Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience in property management
- A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
