**Job Opening: Sales Admin Support (Financial & Events)**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Sales Admin Support (Financial & Events)**to join our fast-paced team. This role supports both day-to-day sales operations and the coordination of internal and client-facing events. You'll work closely with financial consultants, managers, and marketing/event teams to ensure smooth administrative processes and impactful engagement activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Admin Support**
- Handle policy servicing support and documentation
- Track sales submissions, prepare basic reports, and assist with KPIs monitoring
- Support advisor onboarding, licensing paperwork, and compliance submissions
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and assist with appointment scheduling
- Liaise with insurers on case status and follow-up matters
**Event Coordination**
- Assist with planning and execution of internal team events, client seminars, and roadshows
- Manage event logistics: venue booking, vendor liaison, materials, and setup
- Coordinate invitation lists, RSVPs, and event-related communications
- Support post-event follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting
***Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience in financial services or events (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- A team player with a proactive, service-oriented attitudeAble to work under pressure and manage deadlines
