- Achieve set revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth.

**2. Role Description**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop new and existing relationships with school leaders and educators as well as decision-makers within the relevant sectors.
- Understand the specific needs of clients and recommend the most suitable solutions in terms of training programs and coaching.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct presentations (when necessary) for clients to review.

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing creative marketing content and campaigns to promote Kingmaker's market-leading range of training programmes.

**3. Qualifications**
- Strong listening and problem solving skills for sales consulting
- Strong written communication skills for proposal writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least a Diploma or Degree, any field
- Desire to develop human potential and a passion for development & education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good track record in sales and/or experience in the education industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visual Design tools
