**Job Summary:
The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of building infrastructure and services. This role includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing service vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing support to tenants or stakeholders for smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance of facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise scheduled maintenance, repairs, and improvements

**Vendor and Contractor Managemen **t
- Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Review and manage contracts for outsourced services such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
- Verify and approve vendor invoices and track budget utilization.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct safety drills and inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

**Tenant and Stakeholder Support**
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants or building occupants for facility-related issues.
- Resolve complaints and coordinate solutions to maintain tenant satisfaction.Communicate effectively regarding planned works or service interruptions.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and operational manuals.
- Assist in preparing reports on facility performance, budgets, and improvement recommendations.Support the Facilities Manager in implementing new initiatives and projects.

**Energy and Sustainability**
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Implement practices that promote environmental responsibility.
